The mission of the Network Diversity in Chemical Research (NDCR) program is to provide a long-term structure of mentoring for faculty at institutions that are typically not involved in collaborative multi-institutional chemical research centers, such as the CCHF. The mentoring program will facilitate the sharing of knowledge and professional skills to enable the development of successful independent chemical research careers.
