Synthetic Organic Chemistry is a field of chemistry that has traditionally been an enabling science, one that supports and facilitates other projects and ideas through collaboration. Rarely have scientists collaborated toward a synthetic organic goal. This editorial highlights the collaborative network being formed by the CCHF, discussing the impact on both the science and the scientists.
