Developing a plan to help guide your career plans has a significant impact on the successful job placement and career development.

In this introductory session, we discussed the importance of IDP's and used this as a kick-off for Center students to develop their IDP plans. Moving forward we are meeting with students every six months to track and guide their plans.

This helps connect the students with the Center in a more effective fashion and for the Center programs to be strongly informed by member needs.
